The title deed is signed once the price of the real property is fully paid. The seller transfers the buyer the title (right of possession) of the real property after all amounts agreed in the preliminary agreement for the purchase and sale are fully paid.
The price of the real property offered by the seller is formed under the condition that the transfer of the title will be made on the base of the tax valuation of the property officially made by the tax office. If the buyer decides to have the title of the property transferred at its selling price, he shall pay the amount of the VAT accruable on the difference between the amount of the tax valuation made by the tax office and the amount of the selling price of the real property. In the latter case, the buyer shall pay the full amount of the difference with which the expenses for the transfer of the title and the notary proceedings have been increased.

Costs and expenses for the transfer of title: notary fee, state fees, etc. on the account of the buyer.
